Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Golf League Manager: Pro account and associated league data at any time. This page explains how to make that request, what gets removed, and how long it takes.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your account and league data, send an email to the address below from the email address associated with your account (or include it in your message), with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."

Request from inside the app

You can also reach us the same way from Settings within the app — there is no separate in-app deletion flow, so an email request is the fastest path.

Section 2

What Gets Deleted

Your administrator account, including your email address and login credentials (Firebase Authentication)
Your league's roster, settings, schedules, and stored game data in Firestore
Any scores, tee times, signups, and messages tied to your league

Section 3

Timeline

Account and league data is permanently deleted within 48 hours of a verified request.

Section 4

Data We May Retain

We may retain limited information where required by law, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. We do not retain golf activity data (scores, tee times, league rosters) beyond the deletion window described above.
